Full refurbishment and reconfiguration of a Victorian semi-detached property to provide a self-contained two-bedroom flat at ground floor level.

The property underwent a complete refurbishment, restoring the character of this Victorian semi-detached house while adapting it for modern living. The internal layout was carefully reconfigured to create a self-contained two-bedroom flat on the ground floor, designed to maximise light, space, and functionality.

Original features such as cornices, fireplaces, and sash windows were retained and restored, while the hallway was stripped back to expose the original brickwork, creating a striking feature wall. Underfloor heating was installed throughout, alongside improved insulation and contemporary finishes, combining period charm with modern comfort.
